The Business Challenge

A tour operator who provides tailor-made Sri Lankan tours to mostly British travelers, the brand has built a reputation for possessing an intimate, in-depth knowledge of Sri Lanka but was faced with increased competition from large, tech-savvy tour operators and full-service do-it-yourself travel websites.

What We Did

Analyzed the client’s qualitative and quantitative research, developed ideal consumer personas for improved targeting and journey mapping, redesigned the brand identity with a new positioning and implemented an overall brand refresh.

The Results

Development of a new brand manifesto, value proposition, channel strategy, content strategy and community management framework.
Led to a revamp of the brand website (currently under construction).
